For Event Organizers
Whether you have your own vendors or need verified ones - the process is the same. Your money is protected from the moment it enters escrow until every vendor is paid.
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Date, venue, expected attendance, vendor categories needed, and your existing vendor relationships (if any).
2. Confirm the Vendor Lineup
Either select from our verified shortlist or confirm your own vendors for escrow protection. We send each vendor a formal Booking Confirmation with their exact fee, Call Time, agreed service scope, and the accountability consequence if they fail.
3. Secure the Vendor Budget
Transfer the total vendor budget to Koordi's escrow account using the Payment Instruction we send you. You receive an Official Escrow Receipt within 15 minutes confirming your funds are secured. Your vendors receive notification that their payment is waiting.
4. Koordi Coordinates Event Day
Our coordinator is at your venue. Every vendor's arrival is logged to the minute against their agreed Call Time. Delivery is assessed and documented in real time. If any vendor fails to appear, the standby protocol is activated immediately.
5. Morning After - Everyone Paid
Before 9 AM, every vendor who delivered receives their payment. Automatically. No calls from you required.
Within 24 hours, you receive your Event Execution and Reliability Debrief - a professional document showing every vendor's arrival time, delivery assessment, financial summary, and Reliability Score update. This document is your financial protection record.
THE GUARANTEE
- If any vendor fails to appear after escrow activation, their payment portion is returned to you. No forms. No waiting period. Immediate.
- If any vendor delivers significantly below the agreed standard, Koordi documents the shortfall and processes proportionate compensation within 5 business days.

For Event Vendors
You showed up. You delivered. You should be paid by morning. That is the Koordi standard. Every time.
1. Apply for Pioneer Selection
Complete the three-part verification process: Identity confirmed. Portfolio reviewed. References checked. Backup plan documented.
Selection is based on documented reliability, not personal connections.
2. Receive Your Pioneer Status
Upon passing verification, you receive your Official Pioneer Certificate, the Koordi Verified badge for your bio, your Pioneer ID Card, and your locked 3% commission rate.
3. Receive Booking Confirmations
Every booking through Koordi comes with a formal document stating your agreed fee, Call Time, specific service scope, net payout (after 3%), and exact payout date and time.
You reply "CONFIRMED" to accept. Your commitment is documented.
4. Your Payment is Secured Before You Arrive
Before the event, your full fee is confirmed in Koordi's escrow account. You do not arrive wondering if you will be paid. You arrive knowing the exact amount waiting for you, in which account, at what time tomorrow morning.
5. Deliver. Get Paid. Repeat.
Show up at or before your Call Time. Deliver exactly what you agreed to deliver. Wear your Koordi Verified tag throughout.
By 9 AM the following morning, you receive a credit alert. No calls. No follow-up. No stories.
